ENHANCE CONCENTRATION IN DISTRACTION ERA

Nowadays, people often say:

"One hundred years in the realms

If you don't know something, searching google".

Yet surprisingly, the famous google technology engineer Chade-Meng Tan created a course that encourages people not to run around looking on google or elsewhere, but SEARCH INSIDE YOURSELF! That course is so popular that it is taught almost all over the world. It's not all of a sudden that Mr. Chade-Meng Tan, who has a great cultural influence at Google, thinks that finding within yourself is the most important thing, right?

INSUFFICIENT BREATH OF MINDFULNESS

The importance of relying on the breath like our last video present – MINDFULNESS AT WORK,  whenever we have feelings of rushing thoughts or unfocused thoughts, we lean on and observe our 3 mindful breaths, 3 questions asking ourselves what's going on, what we're feeling, what's the most important things right now?

But then you'll realize that practicing mindful breathing isn't enough to cope with a situation where emails, cell phones, and text messages interrupt us, and we get distracted so easily. In our time, there are so many things that distract us, that according to statistics, up to 47% of the average time the mind wanders.

So what should we do to have SOLID CONCENTRATION for more effective work?

HAVING “GENERAL CHECK-UP”

We return to focusing our attention on the breath. Practice concentration with 3 mindful breaths. Breathe in, breathe out…and ask yourself “WHAT IMPORTANT” right now?

To further deepen our focus, in addition to returning to the breath, we continue to bring our thoughts towards observing the present selves to bring the mind back to the present moment by means of General Observation, directed thoughts on EYES-EARS-NOSE-TONGUE-BODY-MIND. Specifically:

-WHAT ARE THE EYES SEEING?

-WHAT SOUNDS ARE EARS HEARING?

-IS NOSE SMELL ANYTHING?

- IS TOUNGE TASTE ANYTHING?

- IS THE BODY FEELING THE TEMPERATURE IN THIS SPACE? FEELING THE TOUCHPOINT WITH THINGS?

- WHAT THOUGHT/Emotions are coming? Happy or sad? Angry or worried?

When we are asking if we are taking control of ourselves and our minds, then we will clearly know ourselves, “What do I need to do now? What is most important?”

Practicing observing your breath and yourself like this helps you stay in the present for longer, not drifting back to the past or rushing into the future that has yet to come. The more practice, the higher the concentration, thereby making more accurate decisions, higher quality of work. Life is happier and more fulfilling since then.

People tend to look for things outside of themselves, so busy searching google that they forget that the most important answer is already within each person, no need to look any further.
