Businesses will follow the above advice. Then there are some consultants that will work well, and the business is not ensure the reason why. The advisors are all correct but none of these are called STRATEGIES. It's called a TACTICS, and it needs an implementation strategy to help.

Most people have wonders surrounding the so-called Content Strategy, even for those in the marketing industry. There's practically no money in terms of marketing that guarantees the best way to do content strategy, and most people can't find one.

 

Our business is overwhelmed by the volume of content that society demands and incurs a lot of opportunity costs without a strategy.

 

SO WHAT IS CONTENT STRATEGY?

Content strategy is simply a "big plan" of content marketing, a way to "fight" to achieve a goal, while tactics are the implementation of each small communication tool such as:

 -How often does the company need to post?

- How is the brand and logo included in the article?

- How to keep your images consistent?

- What should your call-to-action look like?

 

And you can imagine these thousands questions are actually part of a grand scheme of content and all working together to lead to a successful and long-term outcome.

 

STEPS TO BUILD CONTENTS STRATEGYAn important first step to build a content marketing strategy is to understand the “Customer Profile”: Their psychology? What drives the entire product purchase behavior? What will the client's tools ? (Customer is the process by which they access a product online or offline, how they learn about the product and decide to buy it in a store or online, etc.)

This section collects as much data as possible by observation, by analysis (nowadays there are many analytical tools that make great use of Artificial Intelligence and technology software, giving highly accurate results), and this must be step to be done of the skill as possible. The slogan in this step is "Knowing people, it help us win a hundred battles".


After understanding the customer's portrait and psychology, we will determine the priority target to reach, the tool can be expressed through the number of our desired businesses.


It is the process of planning how to create content so that is most attractive to Customers, coming to them through communication channels to interact with each other. Now understanding the customer from the information gathered in Step 1- Step Research and find out is really important. The more specific the number, the more accurate the research, we know who the customer is, what kind of mind and habits they usually have, the more interested we will be, the better and most relevant content will be created. most impressive.

In the 3rd step, the most important is to create a good and smart content. It's content that aligns with your Customer Interests, Trends (trends), and your Brand Personality. Brand Personality has an element of Voice Tone (Brand Tone / Tone), it's a business owner concept that we need to pay attention to, in simple words how to appear anywhere. any channel. the client also knows the rows that belong to the label because they are unique, consistent, and distinct.

Last but not least in a Content marketing strategy is Distribution and Linking. While Distribution is about finding a tool to present your content, on TV or radio, on Facebook or Tiktok, Engagement is how customers respond to your content.
